The high-performance GA100 accelerometer operates in a closed-loop feedback mode, where a rebalance force is applied on the proof mass to offset the inertial force caused by external acceleration. The proprietary design architecture creates exceptional bias stability, scale factor linearity, and reduced vibration rectification error.
